Construction · $20M+ in active projects · an accounting system that couldn't connect
Three versions of the truth became one live view of every job
The situation
Costs and revenue lived in separate spreadsheets, kept current by whoever had time. Someone matched them line by line against an old accounting system that held the real numbers and shared none of them. Field progress was phoned in, and leadership saw it days later.
What we built
A single project system showing costs against revenue for every job. Field screens for foremen, designed for the job site rather than the office. Automatic matching against the accounting system, replacing the line-by-line check.
How it stays in check
Project managers approve field entries before anything posts. Every sync is logged, and an alert goes out if one fails, so we know before the client does.

Connecting an accounting system that was never built to connect
- A one-time copy loads the complete project history into the AI Powered System.
- An update every 10 minutes moves only what changed, both ways, so the numbers always agree.
- The old system keeps running exactly as the accounting team is used to.
- Every run is logged, with alerts on failure.
