An NYC-based team of passionate engineers and automation experts.

We make AI work across the tools you already have. We build AI Powered Systems, then run and support them every month, and you talk directly to the engineers doing the work.

Who we are

We’re a small New York City team of software engineers and automation specialists helping small and mid-sized businesses make practical use of AI and automation. We take the time to understand how your business works, where repetitive tasks create friction, and what you want to improve before recommending or building a solution.

From there, we design and develop systems tailored to your needs that connect the software you already use. We focus on making each system useful, understandable, and suited to the people who rely on it, rather than adding technology for its own sake. Our work doesn’t end at launch. We operate, maintain, and support the systems we build on an ongoing monthly basis, helping address issues and adapt the solution as your business changes. You’ll work directly with the engineers doing the work, so conversations stay clear, decisions stay grounded, and you know who is responsible for your system.

We believe good technology should solve real problems and be dependable over time. That means setting clear expectations, communicating openly about what a system can and can’t do, and building with care from the first conversation through ongoing support.

You don't need another platform. You need yours to work together.

Every industry now has a startup selling an AI-native operating system: move your whole business onto their software and their roadmap. We go the other way. We keep the tools your team already knows, connect them, and put AI to work across all of them.

What a month with us looks like

An example of a typical Managed AI month, not a client story.

Read the client stories
  1. Week 1

A vendor changes something. We catch it first.

An update would have quietly broken a connection overnight. We spot it and fix it before your team notices.

  2. Week 2

    A new hire starts.

They get hands-on training on the AI tools and automations your team actually uses.

  3. Week 3

    Someone has an idea.

We scope it with you. Small improvements are built within your plan. Bigger builds are quoted as a fixed-price project first.

  4. Week 4

    The monthly review.

A short report on what AI saved, what it cost and what to build next, walked through with your named advisor.

How we work with you

Map before we automate

Automating a broken workflow just gets you a faster broken workflow.

Build on what you have

No new platform to move into. Your existing software, older systems included, is the starting point.

A person approves what matters

AI assistants get written jobs and limits. Decisions with real consequences go to a human.

You own it

Systems, data and documentation are yours, and your team can run them without us.

Direct access

You work with the people doing the work. No account managers and no handoffs.

One fixed monthly fee

Managed AI is priced up front and quoted on a call. No hourly billing.

Talk to the team.
