Questions about Managed AI
What does pricing look like?
One flat monthly fee, with no hourly billing. It is set by three things: the size of your team, how many AI tools and business systems we manage, and how much new building you want each month. Your advisor, engineering time within the plan, support and training are all included. Bigger builds outside the plan are quoted as fixed-price projects before anything starts. We quote your monthly fee on a short call.
Which AI tools do you work with?
The ones you already pay for: chat assistants, meeting note-takers, and the AI features inside your accounting, scheduling and customer software. If a tool isn't worth what you pay, we'll tell you.
Do we have to switch IT providers?
No. We work alongside your IT provider. They keep your computers, network and security running. We run the AI layer.
We barely use AI yet. Is Managed AI too early?
No. The Audit shows where AI would save your team time first, and the monthly plan covers building and running it.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Every automation, the data and the documentation are yours.
What happens when an AI tool changes or something breaks?
We monitor your automations. When a vendor changes something, we fix it as part of your monthly fee, usually before your team notices. You also have a direct line to the engineers who built it.
How do you keep our data private and safe?
We write down what each AI tool may see and do, limit access to the people who need it, and choose business versions of tools whose terms keep your data private. Anything with real consequences goes to a person to approve.
